Forget about money. Institute give you degrees. Learning is a continuous process. No one can stop it except you. Your e-learning a very good idea. Go for it. Good luck...

The big players in this industry are "skillsoft", Netg, Raptivity, Articulate, etc.
If you have an idea that is short and catchy please share...

Yes, Albert. You can learn on your own but also consider taking some courses at a local college in the evenings.
