Name: Andy Howe

I have 18 years of professional experience in both private and public universities, and community colleges. I hold a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Minnesota. I received my master's degree from Clemson University and bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington. My professional interests include national higher education policy issues, trends in access, affordability, and accountability; organizational assessment, outcomes, and change; diversity and inclusion; and retention and success.

I recently left the position as Director of Student Support Initiatives in the Office of Undergraduate Education at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, to seek new challenges and greater responsibilities.
