Name: Yu Liu

A Ph.D. Candidate in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University. Doctoral Research Focused on computer modeling of pavement materials and dynamic pavement-vehicle interaction. One of the goal is to link asphalt concrete constituents' properties to its overall performance parameters (such as stiffness, rut, cracking). Another goal is to understand the mechanism of traffic loading by simulating the pavement-wheel interaction. A total of 27 technical papers (16 journals and 11 conferences).
