Medhat Haroun; Professor of Biochemistry and Immunology (Ph.D. Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK, 1993): Currently Research at Alexandria University, Institute of Graduate Studies & Research, Department of Bioscience & Technology, Alexandria, Egypt. Research interests include biochemical and immunological investigation of human autoimmune and infectious diseases to better understand strategies of humoral immune response, in an attempt to elucidate further complex immuno-pathogenetic interactions of the disease, and provide an opportunity for early intervention that may be used for predicting disease in at-risk populations.
